How to Get to Movenpick Resort Kuredhivaru Maldives
There are two options to get to this place – a seaplane transfer and a domestic flight followed by a speedboat.
By Seaplane Transfer
A seaplane takes about 45 minutes to directly reach the resort from Male International airport.
In case you want to enjoy this service to the full, it is compulsory for you to send your flight’s arrival and departure schedule to the resort staff at least 10 days before your reach. Since the seaplane facility is open only during the day time, please book your international flight that reaches Male before 4:00 p.m. and leaves the same place before 9:00 a.m.
You cannot carry more than 20 kg as a check-in luggage and 5 kg as handbag luggage. This rule is standard throughout Maldives following the international luggage weight rules and regulations.
The round trip charges inclusive of all taxes and excluded from the room fare are as follows:
USD 590 per head for adults and USD 360 per head for kids between 2 and 11 years of age. Infants below 2 years of age have no charge at all.

By Domestic Flight + Speedboat
Domestic flight will take about 30 minutes to first reach Maafaru airport and then take a speedboat from there that will make you reach the resort in another 20 minutes or so. Please check the applicable domestic flight service charges with the booking staff of the resort.
All guests are requested to be patient with the varied domestic flight and seaplane service hours, or waiting hours that may result from bad weather and other aviation conditions, if any. Do not forget to stick to the seaplane and domestic flight travel schedule for a quick and easy transfer.
